What is the cleanest way to transfer USD to SAXO account or simply to incur SAXO fees of 0.75%?

I saw some recommendation to use transferwise however i understand that saxo doesn't accept transfer from 3rd party. so i can probably transfer from TW to some MCA and incur usd3.20 fee then another swift fee for the MCA to receive and possibly another fee to transfer usd to saxo bank account?

Incur the fees, SAXO does not allow 3rd party transfer anymore.
