Is it Possible to Transfer USD from my SC FCY Securities Settlement Account to my Interactive Brokers USD Account without incurring any fees?

Not possible. This SC FCY Securities Settlement Account is to facilitate your trading via the SCB portal only.

No. There will be transfer fee. More worthy to sell the in sc and buy in interactive
