What is the cheapest way to transfer usd from a local bank account to an international one?

Hi all, I've recently started to invest into cryptocurrency through platforms like gemini....
However, the coins I want to buy can mainly only be bought using usd... So far all of my usd transfers were done by converting sgd to usd via dbs remit... But I realised that the exchange rate has been eating a rather large portion of my funds esp when funds reach more than 5 digits....

Any good lobang/ideas for me to try so that I can transfer usd from local bank to international bank cheaply?

Check prices on TransferWise (now called Wise). Mostly, I find the best prices there.
