What information does a copy of bank statement have to be included for employment purposes?

The original bank statement will include your banking balance and also your transaction.

For salary crediting? i always censor my bank accounts money if i provide them the bank account statements tho

Might depend on your company, but generally I think they just want to make sure the bank account is under your legal name (and maybe to confirm your address too?).
