You'll need to re-declare this to the insurer as your job classification (and probably salary) has changed. They'll re-assess you and let you know the outcome.
A receptionist earning $3K is at a far lower risk than a labourer working at height and earning the same base pay (if the labourer can even get DI in the first place). In that same vein, being a nurse is also a far more specialised job than a typical office worker.
