My son aged 21 started his 1st job and asking how much to get insurance should he get for his dealth, critical illness , disability etc for now . Where is great ? He doing own investment.

Hi May, personally i think depends on how much money he can set aside for insurance based on his income, generally i recommend getting a quote from Cigna to fit to your son's requirements, they have good customer service

My view is that one should get a good insurance at a young age because when we get older, some aspects may not be covered once we have any pre-existing illnesses. How much insurance to get is dependent on his lifestyle eg I travel a lot and Cigna covers me overseas too when I fall sick.
