What do you think of the recent events of OCBC customer getting scammed. If you follow, sounds to me OCBC failed to protect their customer. Should OCBC held responsible?

Scammer become smarter and smarter

I think the best OCBC can do is to educate its customers, but I personally don't think OCBC should be held responsible.

It's similar to identity theft. If someone were to create a fake profile of Person A e.g. Jack and ask Jack's friends for money, should Jack be held responsible?
