What do you think about Singapore being the 2nd most overworked & 9th from bottom in work-life balance among 50 cities? I think WFH makes it better, but COVID-19 has made things worse. Any thoughts?

The fear of unfinished work will be present for WFH arrangements, be it with acceleration due to COVID-19 arrangements or not.

Work-life balance can be achieved, albeit with a price tag of weekend work hours for some tasks.

I feel WFH made it worse for my mother-in-law. She even works on weekends. My husband and father-in-law have been telling her to take a break but she keeps saying that she can't finish her work... :

As for myself, WFH made me more distracted :O but in return, I am not disturbed too often and can do deep work more often. Rarely had to leave work late.
