At least 1 case of the new UK Covid-19 strain was found among imported cases in Singapore - Do you think this will affect Phase 3's opening?

Was looking forward to Phase 3, a bit worried about the resurgence of COVID though...

I don’t think phase 3 will be delayed because of this. The new covid strain was among imported cases not community. There is no evidence that the current vaccine is ineffective against the new strain. Test is still ongoing and many experts believe the current vaccine is effective against it. There’s no need to panic...
