I see lots of news these days about 4 day work week policy for employees. Will it really help to improve the productivity of employees?
Are your companies implementing such policy anytime soon? Or are they already practising it?

Agree with 4 day work week! with the internet speed way faster now than 15 years ago, we should just be working 4 days as we are more efficient now than before!
Probably we can start work 30mins earlier, and end work 30mins later daily for 4 days to make up for a longer weekend!
