Looking at IBKR... or Tiger... but nothing set in stone.
about 500-1000 a month, no lump sum in the beginning. not sure what is the best brokerage for monthly DCA into US ETF. potentially considering ETFs domiciled in Ireland or China in the future.

Do consider IBKR's tiered pricing. 40cents per share for US stocks is hard to beat. Also they allow frational shares for US markets. IBKR also has the widest selection of exchanges among low-cost brokerage firms.

If you're looking for access to LSE, then IBKR. Tiger & IBKR both have their pros & cons. Tiger has a much better UI, community feature, live market data & the fees are still competitive though IBKR's still unbeatable. IBKR on the other hand has better fees, access to LSE, fractional shares & a better currency conversion rate but I personally really dont like their UI & they dont provide live data. The customer service experience isn't the best too.
