Hi all, does anyone have a good personal accident plan/insurance to share?
Some background context, I've already gotten an Integrated Shield Plan, Term Life, Critical Illness coverage.
I also have a personal accident coverage from AVIVA MINDEF Group Plan ($600,000) as it was quite cheap <$100/yr. However, I feel that its coverage isn't very comprehensive. It only pays out when there are severe injuries.
Looking for a more comprehensive and also affordable personal accident coverage.

It depends on you rationale for getting a personal accident plan. If you are open, you may wish to consider AIA Solitaire Personal Accident: https://www.aia.com.sg/content/dam/sg/en/docs/p...
As a senior representative at AIA Singapore, I have been helping my clients with many medical reimbursement claims for accident and injuries for many years now (this forms the bulk of the claims, alongside with a few major ones). Additionally, this plan includes reimbursement TCM treatment due to accident or injury.
Furthermore, it may be worthy to note that for AIA Solitaire Personal Accident, Accident Medical Reimbursement benefit is based on per accident (different definition from different insurance companies).

Meanwhile, it will be definitely valued to have a comprehensive insurance portfolio summary if you haven't had one. Here is why it is important: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/why-every-client-needs-...

Firstly, I wouldn't bother with the Aviva Group Personal Accident Policy. PA plans have evolved from just paying in the event of losing a thumb, an arm, or a foot.
I strongly believe the biggest reasons for getting a PA plan would be for medical reimbursement, TCM benefit, weekly income benefit due to inability to work temporarily after an accident, and for a daily hospital cash payout.
These things aren't covered in the Aviva MINDEF Group PA Plan.
I do second AIA Solitaire Personal Accident, but also like Sompo's PA Star. Here's an article from Seedly on this. https://blog.seedly.sg/best-personal-accident-p...
