What are my options for getting our first home if my partner is not a Singapore citizen or PR, and has not worked in Singapore yet?

What options are there if I am an SC but my partner is not a Singapore citizen/PR, and has not worked in Singapore yet?

Does your partner have a long term visit pss or work pass? Because if so you can apply under the Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme. Unfortunately, this restricts you to 2-room flats in non-mature estates; but it's something.

Alternatively, if you're at least 21 years old, you can buy a resale flat under the same Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme.

Private property has no such restrictions; I'm not sure of your budget, but you could possibly consider some of the smaller condo units.
