Should I buy a resale and wait for bto with my partner when she get her PR ? What are other options available ? Condo might be a stretch for me. 35 years old male making about 100k PA

There is no guarantee that she will receive her PR fast. a one bedder resale condo at district 19 ( not Geylang but near woodleigh mrt )is possible with 100k pa Or alternatively use one of your bto chance to get a 2 room hdb first and both of you can move in together

I would stay with people until I get the BTO (either family or rent). If you buy the resale then buy BTO you have a lot of additional fees + legal fees to pay. It's money down the drain. And the market is not good at the moment. You might end up buying much higher and not being able to sell well later.
