It is good that you know that you dont want to remain in your current job for long, you do need to come up with a strategy to search for something that you will feel more driven to do in the long term. You can read more about ikigai to help you figure out your rough direction in the long term. I will quit if I have enough emergency funds to last 6-12 months and if I dont have any commitments which require me to have a stable income. Sometimes, after you quit and take a short break from this current reality, you will think more clearly and be more driven to pursue the next step than you feel now. You can also do some part time jobs after you have quit your full time job to tide you through the period while you search for another full time job. There's lots of advice regardig this topic online, can google it. Take all the time you need to figure this out. It should not be a rushed decision. All the best!

Anyway u already feel like quitting. Make sure u give yr boss a good one. Scold them and tell them to wake up their idea. Who do u think they are to pressure people like that? What is their problem? Tell them "Can't you see I'm putting in effort?"
If u still can't do this, then opt to change department.
You have done no wrong. why shld u be the one to lose yr money or salary. They shld be the one to leave. Not you.
Jiayou. Be strong. Open yr mouth & give them a good one, to wake up their bloody idea.
