Understand that Olam will have upcoming rights issue. May I ask for fsmone account where can I find these right issues shares TKFR and 93DR as it's not listed in my portfolio?

Also understand that fees are involved for selling and buying of right issue shares, does the deduction of the fees work exactly the same way like trading stocks?
