Trust Bank Review 2026 + Referral Code 2GG9T8K3 for S$18–S$8,000

Been using Trust Bank for a while now — here's my honest take, plus the current referral code if you're considering switching.

The basics: Trust Bank Singapore Limited is a Digital Full Bank licensed by MAS, backed by Standard Chartered and FairPrice Group. By February 2025 it had crossed 1 million customers, making it Singapore's 4th-largest retail bank by customer count. SGD savings deposits are SDIC-insured up to S$100,000.

What I actually use it for: the Freedom credit card, mainly for the zero FX fees and no annual fee — I picked the unlimited 1.5% cashback option since I don't want the hassle of tracking bonus categories. If you invest regularly, the 3% Stockback option (capped S$500/quarter) is arguably better value, active until 31 Dec 2026 before it drops to 2%.

If you shop at FairPrice a lot, the Trust Link card is worth a look instead — accelerated Linkpoints and up to 15% savings at FairPrice Group with minimum monthly spend.

One honest downside: it's app-only, no branches — fine for most things, but not for anyone who wants in-person service.
