TL;DR: Foodpanda PandaPro is not worth your money

• We ordered a Happy Meal and other items from McDonald’s through Foodpanda
• The main reason we ordered was for the Happy Meal Toy
• Happy Meal Apple Slices and Happy Meal Toy were missing
• Our total order value was $16.79 and they offered 0.84 cents refund for the missing items and disappointment
• Instead of addressing the issue meaningfully, they merely offered an additional $2.50 voucher as a token gesture which felt dismissive given the poor service experience
• Foodpanda adopted a take-it or leave-it approach to customer and PandaPro member
• Re-delivery of missing items said to be impossible
• Customer support lied about calling back, I was literally waiting with phone in hand
• Customer support abruptly ended communication before I could clarify about call back
