Timeline of buying a Resale HDB

Hi all, will need your advice! Currently, I am renting a house together with my siblings.

I would like to know the timeline for purchasing a Resale HDB, as my 35th birthday will be coming only next year 2025 March.

What is the timeline like?

When will I receive the keys to the house if done everything timely?

When can I start to prep the documents?

Is there anything that I can/need to do in advance to speed up the process?

Usually 3-4months from signing of OTP to collect keys (assuming no further delays from sellers, ie extension of stay, extension of completion etc)

Cant speed up the process but u can start viewing property early, before your birthday. when clock hits 12mn on ur bday, get the HFE done up.

Once HFE ready, issue OTP and wait for completion.
