Robo-Advisors

Thinking to shift my funds out of robo-advisors to actually picking the ETFs myself. Should I still be following the ETFs available in robo-advisors? Or what should I be buying for ETFs?

In addition, will we be charged for the dividends earned in overseas account?

Barrilicious, understand where you are coming from. Again, it's the fees. U compare buying snp500 from Endowus vs via brokerage you will see the diff. Roboadvisors charge about 0.5% fees. For a 100k, that will mean $500 per year just by parking there. If you buy vanguard funds such as VOO, VTI, VEU or VXUS, you will realise a world of a difference as you let your money compound through the years.
