I am thinking about what to invest for this year $15.3K SRS?
I see a lot of discussion on Endowus, very less on Moneyowl, or just simply purchase STI ETF? what is your recommendation if the target is just get > 4% pa

For SRS investment:
1) Endowus Flagship Portfolio is using Dimensional equity funds and PIMCO fixed income funds. You can choose different allocation to equity and fixed income according to your risk profile. Projected annualized returns range from +11.2% for 100% equity to +4.8% for 100% fixed income:
2) MoneyOwl Dimensional Portfolio is using Dimensional funds for both equity and fixed income. They offer 5 portfolios with different allocation to equity and fixed income. Projected annualized returns range from +7.3% for Equity Portfolio to +3.9% for Conservative Portfolio:

3) STI ETF obviously invest in the 30 constituent stocks of STI. There are 2 such ETFs listed on SGX:
a) SPDR STI ETF

I allocated my SRS funds to both Endowus and Money Owl using the Dimensional equity funds and PIMCO fixed income and Dimensional funds only respectively. So far about the same in terms of performance as only a year of investment. Perhaps, over a longer period of 3 years, the growth rate could be ascertained from these two platforms.
