I'd say it depends on what interest you're getting with Dash PET and what your preference is.
I believe Dash PET started out with 1.7% locked in for a year but later got reduced to 1.3% which it is currently at. If you managed to lock in the rate of 1.7%, I'll definitely use that instead because it's safer and probably higher returns than Cash+.
But if you got 1.3%, then I'd say there's not much difference in terms of returns. Risk wise, I think Dash PET is safer because it's not an investment, unlike Cash+ which is basically money market investments. Of course Cash+ gives you a chance for higher returns, but there's also a chance for lower returns.
With that said, I'd pick Dash PET over Cash+.
