Should I use Syfe REIT+ if I have I’m planning to put low capital (1-2k) in it? I heard REITs are not useful for low amount. Currently at a young age with risk appetite and savings accounted for alr:)

  • Should have some portion of growth component and cashflow component in your portfolio.
  • Any type of investment are not useful for low amount. You can work part time, it will be more than your gain.
  • Most importantly, u are able to pour money into your portfolio consistently

Generally, investment comes with risk. Reits investment do have risk too. I suggest if totally new to reits investing, do consider to invest in education to have more in-depth understanding about reits investment and understand the purpose of what to achieve in short term or long term. Then, understand what are the benefits and risks for different investment tools in reits. Then, only decide which is more suitable approach to achieve the investment goal. However, start investment at young age is a really good plus point already as investment benefits takes time to magnify and realize. So start early is always better than start late.

For long term and growth, go into the US market....
