Should I use POEMS or TD ameritrade for US stocks?

Hi, i have VUSD in my portfolio in POEMS and they charge me about 25 SGD a year as custody fees. Should i switch over to TD ameritrade instead? Anyone knows if TD ameritrade charge custody fees?

I have both and am happy;

TDA for paying no fees whatsoever (trading, quarterly paper statements, account maintenance). TDA is scheduled to be taken over by Charles Schwab in the 2nd half of 2020, if merger approved.

POEMS for easily trading Singapore items like Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF (and possibly China items in the future)
