I’ve been with StashAway at 12% risk, negative returns all the way until recently it’s up by 0.03%. Thinking about taking the chance to switch to SyfeEquity100 because of lower fees and possible higher returns. I’m a student so I’m not really investing much, $3000 lump sum and $100 every month. Also have an RSP with FSMOne. Thank you!

The question here is why did you choose 12% (low risk) instead of 36% (highest risk)? If you did so because you have low risk appetite and can't accept volatility, then there's really no point switching over to equity100. For Equity100, while it offers higher returns, expect higher volatility as well. Meaning to say if correction comes, the drawdown will be much higher too

Hi Jesslyn, Syfe Equity100 is pure equity portfolio. While it provides the potential of higher returns, please note that the investment risk involved is also higher than a diversified portfolio of say stocks and bonds.
If you have a long investment horizon and can stomach the volatility of a 100% equity portfolio, you may want to consider switching to Equity100 for better returns over the long term.
