The culture is great, but the pay isn't. I've only been here for five months and am concerned how it will look on my CV if I leave so soon. What would be the possible repercussions that I'll face in the future? How do I know what I should prioritise when it comes to choosing a job?

If u are going to attend an interview, u might want to have a good reason for yr leaving as employer always try to avoid job hopper as employer normally do not want to waste resource on training up a person and he leave 6 mths later.
Since the culture is great, y dun stay for a longer time and learn more before looking for a new job? Good culture company is hard to come by though....
