Not being biased here but my company is well known to have a high turnover rate. I feel like I can't speak up at my workplace. I don't like my job and I don't know when is a good time to quit because I'm afraid that I won't be able to find another job with the oncoming recession.

I think you should. After all we spend more time in office at home and the toxicity of your workplace will eat at you.
BUT but but... The economy is shit now and getting shittier so please find a new job first before resigning, unless you're okay with months of unemployment. In the meantime just keep your head down do your work and stay out of the politics and toxic culture.

I suggest to stay on and keep finding what you like and leave immediately after you have found one. Then at the same time you can learn how to create another source of income, can be active or passive. Passive would be good, so you do not have to depends on your active income and can choose to do what you love to.

We spend alot of our lives at work, so its best to work somewhere that you are happy in. That said, we can't all have the perfect job. Sometimes we work at places we don't enjoy working in so that we can earn more money for our loved ones. It depends on how you look at it.
My advice is to start actively looking for another job, and it's best not to quit until you've secured an offer for another job that you're keen about. That way, you won't need to worry about being jobless for too long.

Yes you should, if you are not financially cash strapped. I feel the culture makes a huge difference in your after-work mood - which of course will affect your relationships with your loved ones; and for your mental well-being, it's more than worth it.
