Im ok with lower salary, lesser benefits, longer hours, but toxic work culture - i dont think so.

If money is no objection, just go with the dream job. But if you are getting into middle age, might want to reconsider as you might have some heavy financial commitments to make such as housing etc.

I would personally advocate a good working environment that is not toxic as that will determine your lifespan with the company.

For me, no. The main reason is that why should I move to a toxic work culture with all the lesser benefits? I think that will make my life less happy in general.
