I think it depends on personal needs and also how different is the salary as well.

It depends on your personal priorities and needs. Here are some factors to consider:

  1. Total compensation: Look beyond just the salary and compare the total compensation packages. The package with a lower salary but better benefits may offer a higher overall value.
  2. Work-life balance: Consider the impact of the benefits on your work-life balance. More annual leave and flexi benefits can provide more flexibility and time off for personal pursuits, while a higher salary may require more time and commitment to the job.
  3. Job satisfaction: Think about how the benefits package may impact your job satisfaction. More annual leave and flexi benefits may help you feel more supported and valued, while a higher salary may not provide the same level of job satisfaction.
  4. Financial needs: Consider your financial needs and priorities. If you need a higher salary to meet your financial obligations, then a higher salary may be the better option.

Overall, it's important to weigh the pros and cons of each offer and consider your personal priorities and needs. Choose the offer that aligns with your goals and values and provides the best overall value for you.
