Should I jump to a different company from contract to perm staff?

I am currently employed under a yearly contract but I have received an offer from another employer to be a perm staff.

Should I jump? Job scope and current job scope is more or less the same.

If you're valuable to the company the contract doesn't really matter. Tio boh?

How about salary and benefits?

For me, permanent doesn’t mean anything because a company can find ways to get rid of you.
