Should I close my positions in SC and buy them again in Tiger to reduce the commission fees charged as SC charges by percentage?

I have stocks in SC and recently opened in Tiger Brokers due to its low comm.

Standard Chartered does not charge any custody or handling fees, so there is no penalty for you to keep holding with them.

If these are for long-term investment, I would suggest you to keep holding with Standard Chartered until you are ready to sell. Otherwise, you will incur unnecessary switching costs in transferring your stocks over to Tiger Brokers.
