Share your piggy bank stories!

When I was young, I saved all my coins in my piggy bank and exchanged them for dollar notes with my dad. Can't remember if I spent the dollar notes or deposited them in my bank account though

I use my notes whenever possible and insert all of the loose change/coins into my piggy bank!!

Don't recall having a piggy bank when young. Bought one years back and hid a $5 (bird series) in its stomach. ;)

As a kid, I would 'tong' all my coin change into piggy bank.

Please avoid doing that and teach your kids to not do that. There's nothing worse than losing money when you're trying to get more. Put savings in a savings account at least, to lose less value to inflation.
