What are your thoughts on DBS Bank to roll out voluntary job-sharing scheme where 2 employees share one full-time role? Do you think it's an attractive option for those who need flexible work hours?

DBS staff under the scheme will retain all existing medical benefits in full and continue to be covered under the bank's insurance plans. I'm wondering how this will appear on LinkedIn though... E.g. 1/2 Marketing Manager...
