My signup experience and review:

Switched over from Keppel Electric to Senoko's 12M fixed plan. Process was smooth and fuss free.

Great signup rebates - I got S$70 total. No security deposit required.

Customer service seems responsive - called the hotline yesterday, my call was picked up immediately. There's an option to communicate via WhatsApp which I look forward to testing out in future.

The one downside I don't like is the S$324 cancellation fee if contract is terminated before expiry. If you intend to serve out your contract in full, then this shouldn't matter. If you're renting and there is a possibility you might relocate within your contract term (e.g. 12 or 24 months), then you're better off choosing another retailer.
