Recently just convert from HDB loan to DBS housing loan. How to set the 1st payment in CPF website?

Is it any amount less the monthly instalment will be auto deduct from my bank cash account?

When you refinanced from HDB loan to bank loan, your loan application with DBS should have already set up the amount to be deducted from CPF OA and the balance/shortfall to be deducted from your DBS bank account.

If you have set up your CPF+cash payment arrangement, you can change your CPF repayment amount any time. Refer to DBS guide on revising CPF monthly repayment here:
