On IBKR, I already funded 10K. However when I trade it says I have 0 settled cash. Is there a waiting period or what do I need to do?

Funding IBKR should be quite fast. Can't remember my first waiting time but for recent deposits, it's in my account within an hour.

According to their website, the longest it should take is 4 business days:

You might want to check if your IBKR deposit notification was completed and whether the info such as bank account is correct.
Secondly, did you follow the notification instruction to put your IBKR account no. as a comment while transferring the funds? It might take longer if there is no comment.

After 4 days and no funds reflected, just login and drop them a message.
