Newbie trying investing on tech stocks

Hi Gurus,

currently i got 2.5k usd on my broker account and want to put into investing, i am thinking either dont think and put into ETF like VOO VUG or QQQ or i try to do it myself and buy some stocks myself(looking at apple and microsoft stock) as i can buy 1 stock each average each month via CDA 1k sgd ~ 750 usd

U can just open a broker and try this vanguard ETF VGT(High weightage on Apple-21.58% and Microsoft-17.65%)

Can consider QQQM as well as an alternative to QQQ

1 question for DCA, i plan to DCA monthly but should i wait in between the month to see if i am to buy or dont care if it is high or low i just buy at the exact date for example every 1st of the month?

Thank you all i will stick to tiger broker. btw i am buying VUG is it a better option to switch to VOO? for diversify
