Should I sell my QQQ stocks now or wait a little longer during this tech rally? Current capital gains on stock is almost US$4k in just 3.5months, with a $9k invested amount. Any advice?

Bought 50shares of QQQ around the end of march at US$180.25. Current share price is around US$258-260. That means, excluding fees, which is meagre as I use IBKR and am under 25 so I don't pay any activity fee as I meet the commissions, my capital gains on stock is ~US$3937 in just 3.5months. Shall I wait till at least this covid is over and hopefully see it rise further? IMHO, volatility for NASDAQ100 is very high and bullish..
