My Property agent friend intro mi into merge funds to buy property in Singapore and I need to fund in $200k and I will get a return of 15% after 3 years waiting. I not sure this is legal or safe?

Theres hardly any tools that can provide double digits return but contains no risk. Do beware!

I heard of it. It is not safe for sure. It depends on how much you can trust that friend and from my own experience, I won't trust anyone with my own money.
