You should definitely keep the policy in force as it will provide reimbursement should you be hospitalised. If you're young, it'll be paid fully by medisave so you shouldn't have to worry too much about it unless your parents bought the higher class wards' plan.

Generally, healthcare insurance (in this case an integrated shield plan) takes care of the majority of the medical bill if you are hospitalised. Given that medical inflation sits at about 10% for the past two years, it is certainly worth considering to keep this plan.
In fact, an integrated shield plan is usually one of the plans that my clients and I will choose to keep for life. After all, health is wealth.
When you have time, I will suggest you to conduct a portfolio review to evaluate its adequacy, e.g. whether you have the rider the integrated shield plan, and whether you need it.
