This is my plan so far.
VWRA via IBKR
REITs via Syfe
Every month, I will DCA and invest 80% of the money I set aside in VWRA and 20% in REITs.
I just created an IBKR account and still learning how to use it. (Any help would be appreciated)
So far, this is my long-term plan and I just want to know what are your opinions on this.
If you have any other suggestions you can comment below! Thanks

I think your plans seems quite good!
Just my own preference, I'd go with 100% VWRA instead. Seems like you tagged NS, so I assume you're young. Your capital is not as high. Your REITs portfolio may not generate high enough returns compared to capital gains. Your dividends would be peanuts due to a low capital.
I think REITs would be good when you're older and you have have large enough capital, where the 3-6% dividend pa would provide you a noticeable amount. So that you can have a monthly/quarterly pay out as your passive income.
One thing to note, if your monthly DCA is say 100-400, I personally would either DCA bi-monthly or quarterly. This is due to IBKR's minimum FX fee of USD$2. I was reading up on IBKR and many users have feedbacked that IBKR has one of the most competitive FX rates. However, only at larger amounts of above SGD$800 (estimated), due to the minimum fee.
Imagine DCA SGD$100/month, but USD$2 is already eaten up by FX conversion. My NS DCA was $100/month due to my low pay.
Just my 2cents worth, you do you.
