Hi,
Can I get more than one medical insurance coverage from two different insurers?
What if I am already covered under my company's group medical insurance plan - will it be a waste if I buy my own medical insurance plan? If I were to make a claim, which side should I claim - company's one or my personal plan?
Thanks!

In many cases, it is possible to have more than one medical insurance coverage from different insurers. This is known as having dual coverage. When you have multiple insurance plans, they typically coordinate to determine which plan is the primary payer and which is the secondary payer. The primary plan pays your medical expenses first, and the secondary plan may cover some or all of the remaining costs, depending on the terms of the plans.
It's essential to review just fall the terms and conditions of both insurance plans to understand how they work together. Some plans may have clauses that limit coverage when you have other insurance.
