Hi. I confused about co-insur. understand medishield it's tier basis first 5k 10%, next 5k 5% and above 10k 3%. pvt integrated is 10% co insur on medical bills. so does that mean i pay more co insur

No it doesnt mean that way. There is a max-limit on the 10% for the co-insurance that you are being charged which is $3,000. Hence, your 10% will not exceed a total bill of $3,000. However, it must be subjected to gov or private insurance that you purchase.
