Hi Bob, your cash proceeds may be in your CPFIA account with the bank and it'll stay there until you request to transfer funds back to your CPF.
So do call the bank that you opened your CPFIA account with to ask.

It's like what Hariz said.
Also, if you have e-banking for the bank, which is where your CPFIA account is set up, you can manually choose to refund to CPF board. It will take around 2 working days to transfer it back to CPF board.
Another thing is if you leave it idle, the bank will auto transfer back to CPF board after around 3 months. Not sure if it is standardised across the 3 banks. βββ
