Hi Anon,
What do you intend to use the card for? Just for the $300? To complement your cashback cards? What are your main categories of expenses?
I'm not big on either of these cards, but I guess which is better depends on you. Woman's is better from a pure earning rate if you have a lot of online spending (ie hit cashback cap for online spending on other cards, so need to spill over some to other cards). It earns 2mpd but only on online spending and 0.4mpd otherwise.
Altitude is a general mikes card that earns 1.2mpd all around, barring some selected travel merchants. So it's more flexible than the Woman's card, but I wouldn't say that's a reason to use Altitude in itself.
Note that even though I stated the miles earn rate for both cards, they actually earn DBS points which can be converted to miles, so in a similar way, woman's earns more points than altitude for online spending, and less otherwise.
Hope this helps!
