Looking to invest in SWRD for long term (more than 10y), but the volume is quite low. Would this be a problem? Are there other concerns for SWRD that I should take note as well?

Low volume meaning higher spread~ the bid and ask price~

It’s not a concern since you are investing for a 10Y period~

However, take note if your monthly investment is small amount like 100-200 sgd, the fees gonna cost more than the tax cut~
