Looking for reliable renovation contractor

I got to know this renovation company ohmyhome during seedly festival. They are good in applying customer's request and proposed few good ideas but they are not HDB approved renovation contractor and started this business in 2021.

I'm a little concern and first time doing full renovation. what should I do? i saw many good reviews and work done in other renovation companies like design4space....

Depends on the renovation value of your house - the different contractors or ID applies. It's all abt the staff. I went to design4space - the ID i met told me everything I wanted was not possible w the budget i have, I went w a smaller ID co., did everything I wanted, already stayed in my flat. my advice is this talk to as many ID/contractors as possible with your floor plan (yes, pls put in the time and effort) and form what you actually want (put all the good ideas/possibility/eliminate those that really cannot work - too good to be true together). Hope this helps.
