Looking to invest in REITs with 10k. The Lion-Philip one seems to be quite ok with its 4% dividend although Going with Syfe might give higher earnings since it’s managed?

With 10k, expense ratio is similar at 0.6%. After holding onto Syfe (100% REITs) for 1 year, I think the dividends are similar. I won't comment on capital returns because the last year has been a bit volatile.
Main difference is that at 10k, Syfe reinvests your dividends while LP gives a pay-out. To get a pay-out from Syfe, you need to invest 20k.
Also, you need to pay your brokerage whenever you choose to buy into LP, so the cost is higher. As for Syfe, you can make top-ups whenever you want and the only 'cost' is the expense ratio (which will be at 0.4% if you invest more).
