Lease decay. Is it really that bad to look at houses with 54 to 60 years left in central area cos can't afford the 800k newer resale options. Enough to last me (single) till >88 <95.

Not leaving it for anyone. Can you share the consequences?, Single first timer buyer above 35. High COV vs low interest wait. If able to wait, should you or just suck it up and pay the COV. (Enough funds for down-payment and COV but just can't convince myself that it's worth it)
