Hey there, I called them up the other day and they told me that the referral program is over, even if you signed up for an account before they ended the promotion.

You can try emailing them to try your luck. The referral system worked by emailing support and providing them with the email of the user that referred you. You would also need to have deposited at least 3,500 USD for the initial deposit.
